Register With Us On My Health Access
Click the Patient Sign Up Button Above
Fill out the Patient Registration Form
Click Create My Account
Receive the Confirmation Email and click Confirm My Account
BEFORE YOUR CALL
We use Microsoft Teams for our Welcome Calls. We recommend downloading as well as testing your ability to Login and use Microsoft Teams at least 5 minutes before your scheduled call time. FAQs
I can't connect to the RT Medical clinic on My Health Access?
If for some reason you are unable to connect with our clinic, click on Find A Clinic on your My Health Access page. Type RT Medical in the search bar. Then select RT Medical.
What if I did not receive any confirmation email?
Please contact us using any of our available contact methods. We would love to help walk you through the next steps.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made before 72 hours of the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made before 48 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
If the intake questionnaire is not submitted 12 hours before your appointment, we will not have the information required to complete the appointment and there will be a $50 rebooking charge.
Do you provide Emergency Treatment? Are there symptoms you do not treat?
This is a virtual clinic and is not intended for urgent or emergency care. Seek emergency medical attention if you experience new onset chest pain especially if it feels like heaviness or pressure, a rapid heart rate, blueish or grey lips, skin, or nail beds, new onset or worsening confusion especially if it’s paired with drowsiness or new headache, moderate to severe abdominal pain, new onset trouble breathing or shallow, rapid breathing.
