- 15-minute welcome call with our Virtual Concierge to answer any questions you may have and ensure you’re properly registered
- 45-minute comprehensive health assessment with one of our Nurse Practitioners (NPs) specializing in Post-COVID virtual examinations
- Referrals for diagnostic tests such as blood work and x-rays, if needed
- Prescriptions for medications sent directly to your personal pharmacy, if needed
- Referrals to specialists, such as Respirologists or Internists, if needed
- Personalized healthcare plan and symptom management strategies, tailored to your health needs
- 15-minute follow-up appointment with a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post-COVID
- Compassionate, patient-centered care with an interdisciplinary healthcare team that understands Post-COVID and the impact it can have on your life
- Flexible self-serve scheduling calendars that enable you to get the care you need when you need it

Seek emergency medical attention if you experience new onset chest pain especially if it feels like heaviness or pressure, a rapid heart rate, bluish or grey lips, skin, or nail beds, new onset or worsening confusion especially if it’s paired with drowsiness or new headache, moderate to severe abdominal pain, new onset trouble breathing or shallow, rapid breathing.
