Annabel Alu (she/her/hers)

Medical office assistant

Annabel's Background

Annabel joined the team in July 2022 as a Medical Office Administrator. She comes to us with over 8 years of health sector experience across clinical, administration & research areas, and also experience in leadership & management outside of the health sector. She values dedication, integrity and strives to be compassionate when interacting with patients, hence, delivers exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Annabel is an Internationally Trained Physician as she completed her Doctor of Medicine at Kharkiv National Medical University, Kharkiv, Ukraine. She also completed her Post Graduate Degree in Public Health, at Cape Breton University. Prior to joining RT Medical, Annabel worked as a Virtual Nurse, at Rapid Test and Trace, and also held other positions such as Research Assistant and Co-Ordinator at various prestigious universities.

Ash Dobbin-Mohammed (she/her/hers)

Medical director & Nurse Practitioner

Ash's Background

Ash is an Adult Nurse Practitioner registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She graduated with a Master of Nursing from the University of Toronto in 2017, where she has since been an Adjunct Lecturer. Her previous 14-year clinical background includes critical care, cardiology/cardiac surgery, oncology, urgent care, and telemedicine.

Post-COVID Experience

Ash has a unique understanding of Long COVID as both the patient and the provider, after developing Long COVID following two COVID-19 infections. Due to this experience, Ash is passionate about ensuring people with Long COVID receive the work-up and supportive care they need to cope with the debilitating nature of this condition. While there is no current cure for Long COVID, Ash’s goal is to improve her patients’ quality of life. Ash is based out of Toronto, Ontario and while most of her hobbies before Long COVID were activity-based, Ash now enjoys abstract art, music, and spending time with her dogs.

Elicia Lauder

Registered Nurse

Elicia's Background

Elicia is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.  She started her nursing career in 2013 as a Registered Practical Nurse, before obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University in 2016.  While her clinical experience is primarily in emergency medicine, Elicia has worked in a variety of settings such as; interventional radiology, covid assessment clinic, outpatient oncology, and a vitamin infusion clinic.  Elicia is passionate about taking a hoilistic and proactive approach to wellness and empowering others to do the same.


Elicia lives in Niagara Falls with her significant other as well as their dog and cat, Charlie and Chive.  She fosters kittens and enjoys learning about plant medicine, spending time outdoors, and reading.

Munish Joshi

Manager of Virtual Care and sales director

Munish's Background

Munish Joshi has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience in healthcare and non-health sectors. His diverse experience helps enhance the customer journey and improve how we provide care and support to our patients, customers, and clients without sacrificing quality.

Prior to joining RT Medical, Munish provided sales and training on a variety of COVID related products and presented a social media marketing course at the A.G.D. (Academy of General Dentistry) and other medical events.

Shadey Grant

Virtual Team Lead & registered Nurse

Shadey's Background

Shadey Grant is a passionate and dedicated Nurse with experience in various medical settings, such as Community Health, Emergency Medicine, and Palliative/Oncology care.


Her work ethic has been recognized as diligent, compassionate, determined, and committed to providing patient-centred care. Upon achieving her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Shadey sought to contribute and better the health of society. By leading and supporting her fellow staff members, she has prompted utmost care.


Shadey is a life-long learner and continues to expand her knowledge through attending seminars and workshops. She began her time with Rapid Test and Trace as a live agent and was successfully elevated to team lead. She is excited to grow with the company and innovate within administrative healthcare.


Dr. David Juncker (he/him/his)

Chair – Department of Biomedical Engineering, McGill University

Dr. Juncker's Background

David’s current interests are in the miniaturization and integration in biology and medicine, which includes the engineering and utilization of novel micro and nanotechnologies for manipulating, stimulating and studying oligonucleotides, proteins, cells, and tissues. The emerging field of nanobiotechnology, in a broad sense, is the most exciting to David, and is also key to tackling some of the significant challenges in biology and medicine, for example identifying novel biomarkers for early disease diagnosis and developing low-cost point-of-care diagnostics.

Jennifer Robson (she/her/hers)

Carleton University

Jennifer's Background

Jennifer is an associate professor of Political Management at Kroeger College and cross-appointed to the School of Public Policy and Administration. Her research has included studies of social policies such as family benefits, education savings, poverty in Canada, wealth inequality, tax policy and the financial lives of low and modest income persons.

Dr. Satish Raj (he/him/his)

Section Chief, Cumming School of Medicine, Department of Cardiac Sciences, Division of Cardiology, University of Calgary

Dr. Raj's Background

Satish R Raj is a Heart Rhythm Cardiologist and founder of the Calgary Autonomic Investigation & Management Clinic. He is currently a Professor of Cardiac Science at the Libin Cardiovascular Institute and the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine.

His primary research interests relate to understanding and better treating postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS), vasovagal syncope, orthostatic hypotension, and long-COVID syndrome. He is also looking at repurposing drugs in novel ways to treat vasovagal syncope and orthostatic hypotension.

Dr. Raj also serves as a Medical Advisor to many POTS patient groups, including POTS UK, and Dysautonomia International, and is a Past-President of the American Autonomic Society.

Dr. Sean Staniforth (he/him/his)

Head of Emergency Medicine at Lions Gate Hospital

Dr. Staniforth's Background

Dr. Sean is head of Emergency Medicine at Lions Gate Hospital, Director of Trauma at LGH and Clinical Instructor of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. In addition, he conferences regularly with the BC Ministry of Health, Fraser Health, and Coastal Health to share information and collaborate on how to best navigate through the COVID-19 Pandemic.


Andrea Curry

Head of Operations

Andrea's Background

Andrea is an experienced organizational strategist with a proven track record of leading teams to their peak potential in a variety of settings. She joined the founders of Rapid Test & Trace in October 2021 and has been instrumental in positioning the organization for growth beyond COVID-19.

Andrea is a dedicated professional focused on enabling her colleagues to overcome the many challenges of a start-up operation in the health and wellness industry. She’s excited about leading the team at RT Medical as we embrace new opportunities in a dynamic post-pandemic economy.

Harkeet Chadha


Harkeet's Background

Harkeet is a life-long entrepreneur with expertise in supplier management, logistics, sales and business administration. He also has experience in real estate development and VC investment.

Sandy White


Sandy's Background

Along with co-founding Rapid Test and Trace, Sandy is an entrepreneur in the real estate and hotel sectors, writer, and former political advisor. He is a regular media commentator on Canadian and international political affairs for a number of Canada’s major media outlets.

Adam Singfield


Adam's Background

Adam is a marketing communications consultant with a background in digital marketing, stakeholder relations, and public engagement. His work with small-medium businesses impacted by the pandemic motivated him to take action and he co-founded Rapid Test & Trace in 2020. Adam aims to help Canadians gain access to reliable health care.
